Jean Delage
Jean’s practice focuses on business and taxation law. He represents the firm’s clients in various mandates including estate and tax planning, purchase and sale of businesses, corporate reorganizations and various types of commercial transactions.
Jean was called to the Quebec Bar in 1974. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Law degree from University of Montreal as well as a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Ottawa.
Jean is fluent in both French and English.
